- Effective sales floor management within assigned business partners
- Sell-out management in partnership with Lenovo Business Partner Account Team (Lead Ac Mgr / Internal Sales Rep)
- Ensuring the full benefits of the Lenovo portfolio are understood through key communications and training activities
- Assist Account Management Team with management of QBR’s for assigned Business Partners
- Assist Account Management Team with monthly marketing plans for each account with clearly defined ROI / actions
- Capable of engagement at all levels with each Business Partner
- Consistent achievement of weekly and quarterly sales quota
- Ability to up-sell and cross-sell products, options and services
- Proven ability to build relationships and to identify / work with Key Sales teams in BP’s
- Successful delivery of training and relevant communications to assist pro-active sales and mind-share increase.
- Promotion creation / delivery and communication to show good levels of ROI, increased share of wallet and focused activities around higher AUR products
- Minimum of 2-3 years proven IT industry sales experience
- Self-motivated and pro-active individual
- Enthusiastic, sales driven attitude
- Ability to demonstrate thorough understanding of large sales floors.
- High Level presentation and communication skills
