The Role:
As Area Manager you will lead multi-site store teams to meet their targets and be accountable for store performance and the visual merchandising in assigned stores. On the people side you will be responsible for all store employee development including performance management, coaching and identifying development. You will also actively contribute to the development of business initiatives including new stores and store closures.
Qualifications & Requirements:
You will have:
• At least 3 years' large store or multi-site experience
• Excellent English skills (Arabic also desirable but not essential)
• Computer literacy.
• The ability to manage diverse teams.
• Strong commercial skills.
