Description:
·
Handling clients orders from ordering
till delivery while coordinating with related company’s internal divisions and
personnel to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
·
Sending customers’ orders as instructed
by management to suppliers. Arranging best pickup time to meet delivery date.
·
Arrange shipping quotations within
approved budgets.
·
Arrange all needed documents for the
shipment and legalization.
·
Checking on shipped orders and
documents before reaching port of discharge.
·
Updating client/s on the status of
their shipment/s.
·
Taking necessary actions towards
arranging receiving orders at the warehouse.
·
Arranging delivery of goods at clients
location and timely installation.
·
Ensure full customers satisfaction
after delivery by reporting his feedback on the whole process.
·
Reporting management on all orders
status on timely bases.
Qualifications:
·
Solid background in
importing and freight forwarding processes.
·
Perfect English both
written and spoken.
·
Perfect computer soft
skills.
·
Perfect communication &
coordination skills.
·
Reporting to the Managing
Director.
·
Can handle many tasks at
the same time.
·
Excellent skills dealing
with clients.
