What are my responsibilities?
- Supports /Contributes to providing standard HR services by processing transactions in line with company regulations and guidelines for a specific HRS service lines.
- Maintenance of employee master data, contract data, absences and overtime data
- Preparation of contracts and service-/product related documents.
- Management of personal data: contractual changes; time & attendance data, etc.
- Archiving Personnel Documents
- Issuing employee certificates, Letter of Reference
- Maintenance of organizational structure data and organizational changes
- Calculation of and data maintenance for fixed and variable payments, allowances and deductions and for voluntary company benefits
- Consulting and Support for HR Admin Services
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- 2-4 years of experience in an HR, Administration, Accounting or IT position
- Very good command of both spoken and written Arabic and English languages
- Very Good command of MS Excel and Word
- Strong communication skills
- Organized, systematic and tidy
- Discreet
- Experience from international exposure preferred
