G4S Secure Solutions (Egypt), a leading global integrated security solutions company has vacancy for a Receptionist in Cairo.
Reporting to the HR Director, the main responsibility of a Receptionist, to provide an efficient and customer focused service as the front line reception.
The successful incumbent is a self-starter with a proven track record in maintaining company policy, adopting best practices, and is able to exercise sound judgement in the pursuit of the achievement of the goals of the organisation, and understanding the role which the department plays within a successful business unit.
Role Responsibility:
- Effective management of reception at the Head Office
- Courteous and appropriate reception of visitors,
- Maintenance of neat and orderly reception area.
- Co-ordination of mail, deliveries and courier parcel
2. Switchboard management
- Courteous, timely and appropriate answering and screening of telephone calls, taking of accurate and complete messages, delivered timeously.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor degree with a preferred diploma in Office Management administration
- Relevant experience in administration – 2 years experience in a related position would be deemed appropriate for this level position.
