Bupa Global has a fantastic new opening in our sales team based in Cairo, Egypt.
We are looking for experienced sales people with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets to join our team to drive and deliver sales by ensuring exceptional customer experience for our customers.
You will:
Drive and deliver sales by ensuring exceptional customer experience for our customers by swiftly and accurately responding to and resolving all customer sales requests and queries relating to purchasing. Customer contact will be across all communication channels – phone, email and web chat.
Actively building a portfolio for new business leads.
Delivering new sales through all channels ( Individual & SME)
Ownership for the resolution of all customer sales enquiries and contacts.
Accurately maintaining and updating customer records on the customer management system to ensure high sales conversion. Ensure that records are accurately updated whenever a customer makes contact
Complying with all regulatory and governance requirements including but not limited to Treating Customers Fairly
Achieving all targets for sales, productivity and quality
Desired Skills and Experience
- Previous experience of a complex and multi skilled customer facing roles within a contact centre setting
- Background in the global health insurance market, or relevant transferable skills and knowledge from other financial services industries such as Life Insurance, Retail, Commercial or Investment Banking and Wealth Management
- Highly customer focussed
- Bilingual Arabic & English, preferably French
