Customer Service Coordinator Jotun - Egypt



Job description

Jotun Paints Egypt was established in 1986 and has since been leading the market with 3 different segments; Decorative, Marine & Protective Coatings. Presently the organization consist of 340 team members. The Head office is located in New Cairo and there are 4 branch offices and 4 stock points spread throughout Egypt. By 2018 we will launch our new factory which will be the biggest Jotun factory in the Middle East. We are looking for a dynamic Customer Service Coordinator who is eager to learn and develop within our company. Holder of the position should be organized, people oriented and excellent team player. This position will report to the Customer Service Manager.
Responsibility
  • Handling customer orders by processing it on system to ensure customer delivery and satisfaction
  • Coordinating with all relevant Operations/ Sales department by close communication; to communicate expected delivery dates to our customers
  • Handling customer invoices, credit status; by close follow up with sales and finance team
  • Managing invoices allocation and distribution among sales/customers
  • Handling all requests for returned goods by processing/coordination to ensure returned goods incidents are recorded and fulfilled.
Education level
  • College / University, Bachelor's degree

  • Arabic & English Speaker
  • 2- 3 Years of experience
  • Bachelor degree
