Fujitsu is looking for an Help Desk Agent (based in Cairo)  who will be supporting the customer by phone.

 Function and Main Responsibilities
  • Receive Customers Requests.
  • Supporting the customer by phone.
  • Open and close tickets.
  • Tickets Handling.
  • SLA process Fulfillments
  • Customer Satisfaction Management.
  • Publishing Tickets internally.
  • Escalation Processes.

Desired Skills and Experience

Experience: 
 Two- Three years of similar experience
Quaifications and Skills
  • Bachelor of engineering or computer science or any related high educated University.... well known university
  • Hardware & Software products: familiar with PCs, Printers laser, Ticket &Dot Matrix, Laptops, entry level servers...Oracle .Storage. Backup Scenarios.
  • Software: Microsoft Windows & CA awareness.
  • E-mailing handling is mandatory.
  • High Communication Skills.
  • Working under very high stress.
  • Service desk experience is preferable.
  • Self-Study & development
  • Know how to search for info.
  • Filling awareness.
  • Good  command of English
