Key Responsibilities
- Deal directly with SFS customers on all related queries to equities settlements & foreign Exchange proceeds, in addition to the monthly evaluation.
- Handle all related SFS customer issues, including all required investigations, monitoring, and reporting.
- Interact with issuer companies, Brokers and the stock exchange to gather any business related information.
- Confirm related FX deals executed on behalf of clients.
- Follow-up on unsettled FX deals, & send related interest claims.
- Update all pending securities with the proper failing reason.
- Follow-up on GDR settlement, to ensure proper conversion.
- Submit weekly MIS reports to the region.
- Submit clients’ reports, as appropriate.
- Logging all clients’ inquiries/requests/complaints on the system.
- Prepare departmental proofs.
- Respond to client’s market questionnaires even if not related to daily settlement and provide guidance to clients in case required.
- Deals directly with SFS customers for verifying account opening requirements and respond to queries.
- Prepare all documents for ASU to open safe keeping & cash accounts.
- Deals directly with EGX & Central depository to open trading accounts in the market and submit all KYC requirements.
- Full understanding of capital market and market players roles.
- Ensure proper Follow-up/escalation for existing accounts before expiry.
- Handle any related account opening requirements like FATCA – DTT certificates and any new required documentation
Knowledge/Experience

- Energetic, excellent communication & time management skills.
- Multi task oriented.
- Arabic language skills are an advantage for this role
- University degree.
- Minimum two to three years of related experience.
