Position: ERP Consultant
Job Description:
• Responsible for the implementation and support of ERP solution in accordance to clients' interests and business requirements.
• Responsible for customer’s smooth operations on product.
• Instructs and train users on use of ERP solution.
• Aids customer in implementation issues and final results verification through continuously revising and adjusting customer business processes, data inputs, management reporting requirements, and system usage
• Maintain the required documentations to ensure the reliability of information between the concerned parties.
• Generates tailor made, value added services in order to reach the highest client satisfaction
• Maintain regular contacts with clients.
• DemonstrateERP solution for new prospects.
• Deliver training to newly hired staff.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Business Administration, Accounting or Engineering
• Fluency in speaking and writing English
• Possess an understanding of IT solutions and services
• Proven, demonstrable presentation and communication skills
• Car owner
