Job Description:    

·         Receive & analyze the PRs according to the company standards & financial hierarchy.

·         Search & evaluate new vendor.

·         Negotiate prices & payment terms with suppliers.

·         Challenge the required specifications with suppliers & requester.

·         Issue Purchase Orders & apply required banking procedures.

·         Create contract/s for MRO Materials - Follow up delivery schedule.

Qualifications:            

·         Mechanical Engineering degree with 5 years’ experience in industrial firm – Pharmaceutical background is preferable –

·         Experience in purchasing of machines, equipment, spares parts, construction & facility materials (Local & foreign).

·         Good communication, negotiation & business analytical skills.

·         Experience in international purchasing & custom clearance procedures.

·         Experience in banking procedures for importing process.

·         Familiar with contract management.

·         SAP knowledge is preferable.

·         Education major Mechanical Engineering
