Job Description:

·         Responsible for maintaining supply chain database accuracy and maintenance as well as issuing weekly, bi-weekly and monthly reports for different supply chain departments.

·         Responsible for accessories planning and ordering.

·         Responsible for analyzing planning data, measuring supply chain performance against agreed KPIs.

·         Following up root cause analyses and action plans to solve and reporting in the supply chain bi-weekly meeting.

·         Responsible for preparing information to be communicated with the sales, warehousing and custom clearance as per instructions from planning manager.

·         Responsible for following up our invoices on Nokia OnLine and reporting them on Axapta.

·         Responsible for the statistical process control (SPC).

·         Receiving our invoices from Nokia On Lineand reconciles the difference between actual received and invoices..

Qualifications:            

·          Proficiency in MS.Excel & Power Point.

·           Being Self-motivated, Decision taker &Independent.
