Description:

Maintain the Contact Center
performance, including Avaya and Altitude by performing system monitoring and
analysis.

Responsible for creating a new clients
project contact center.
·
Maintain the Recording system
performance, including Speechlog & Witness.
·
Responsible for developing new clients
project IVR.
·
Manages projects, system upgrade
activities, and delivers new system capabilities. 6.
·
Managing hardware and software vendor
relationships.
·
Maintain the system related materials
to be organized and updated on an inventory sheets.
·
Develop comprehensive technical reports
on periodical basis.
Qualifications:
·
Bs Degree in computer
related field
·
CCNA - CCVP.
·
Extensive IT & Contact
Center solution support and management experience.
·
Ability to work with team
as member or leader.
·
Availability for some late
night and weekend hours.
·
Self motivation.
·
Ability to work under pressure.
·
Excellent problem solving
skills.
·
Highly committed and
dedicated.
·
Excellent in oral and written
communication skills.
·
Highly organized and
couching ability.
