• Not more than 35 years old.
• College Graduate of Psychology, HR Management, Social Sciences, or Equivalent.
• At least two years experience in a supervisory capacity. Exposed to all facets of HR such as recruitment, labor relations, compensation & benefits and training.
• Experience in liaising with government and regulatory agencies.
• Willing to work on extended hours, if needed.
