Job Description : Administration :
Organize and supervise all administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of an office. . Responsible for office support services such as purchase of office supplies & pantry supplies,
facilities management, supervision of office and maintenance staff, managing reception/reception
staff, etc. . Responsibly for continual development of administrative systems in Egypt. . Coordinating/Organizing travel requirements (Visa’s, Flights, Hotels, Limo’s etc) . Manage the administration of incoming and outgoing emails, post, faxes and any other forms of
office communication. . Responsible for adhering to/controlling the office budget;
.Responsible for maintaining and updating the Office & IT Assets register for company . Maintain a current general knowledge of commercial availability and processes for services, goods,
furniture and other items.
Finance :
. Responsible for overall managing bank operations, transactions, etc for the Company
. Coordination with finance team to ensure speedy and accurate payment of invoices, utility bills, etc.
. Supervise petty cash for purchases and reimbursements relating to office use.
. Responsible for financial reporting on a periodical basis to Dubai Office.
. Responsible for financial planning, financial control, and cost recovery with EMRA
Human Resources :
• Maintenance of employee & HR files, using knowledge and adherence to the Egyptian Labor Laws.
• Administration of HR policies & procedures
• Employee leave management
• Assistance in management of recruitment & orientation
• Assistance in development of Company contracts
Legal & Regulatory :
• Responsible for securing all necessary approvals, permits, licenses and consents necessary for the legal operations of the Company in Egypt.
• Responsible for government relations, including EMRA and the Military, including timely receipt of desert permits for Egyptians and expatriates.
• Responsible for effective customs import and export.
• Responsible for renewals of Trade Licenses, Tenancy Contracts, Rental Agreements, etc.
•Liaise with external agents, including but not limited to government, public & private companies, associations, etc as and when required and represent the Company at events, conferences, seminars, meetings.
Other duties as needed and directed
