About The Job
The Accounts Receivable Accountant is reports to Chief Accountant. The Accounts Receivable Accountant is responsible for providing financial, administrative services in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations. The Accounts Receivable Accountant must comply with established policies and procedures:
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:
- Receive and review all payments and received cheques (PDC's & Current dated cheques)
- Assist on the bank reconciliation
- Support Audit related activities for department.
- Handling a monthly analysis for all customers
- Posting and issuing of monthly invoices and claims
- Handling balance confirmations and reconciliations for all customers.
- A degree in Accounting or Finance is required
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Excellent Excel.
- Excellent understanding of setting up and organizing database and spread sheets.
- Very Good verbal and written English communication skills.
