Senior Recruiter
Job description
- Establish and maintain relationships with HR and hiring managers to stay ahead of current and future hiring/business needs
- Contribute to the annual recruitment planning process involving HR and business leaders ensuring that it is linked to succession planning and internal mobility plans.
- Develop tactical sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow that meets recruiting needs including social media, referrals, alumni, specialist conferences/events, career site, job boards
- Engage with passive external candidates articulating the Sutherland Employee Value Proposition in order to maintain short, medium and long term relationships
- Build a high level knowledge of Sutherland's internal talent to help facilitate internal mobility/secondments
- Identify the skills and capabilities needed to ensure sustainable performance for the business
- Establish best third party channels to market as and when required
MUST have experience of BPO hiring and high volume hiring.
