This role will call upon a variety of your skillsets, such as:
- Selection and assessment: be part of the essential process for identifying and recruiting the best new talent into our company: you will schedule and conduct interviews, track candidates’ application process and create and review positions.
- Manage Payroll: you will be responsible for full payroll processing inclusive Income tax, social Insurance and you will handle regular company payroll reporting.
- Administrate and assist: we are a large organisation, with a continual flow of employees shifting, moving and changing personal circumstances. You will be expected to keep all employee data up-to-date and manage I-9 compliance. You will support HR managers in employee timekeeping, audits and reports, validate Short Term Disability/FMLA/Workers’ Compensation processes and Return to Work processes. Great attention to detail is required as you carry out payroll adjustments, filing and general HR data/report processing and analysis as well as other general employee relations activities and HR projects that may be assigned to you.

Your professional profile includes:
- Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory, with 3-5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in Microsoft office and Internet applications
- Well-presented and people-orientated with excellent verbal and written communication skills
