Job Description:

·         As a Halliburton Sr. Desktop Technician, you are the architect who configures, installs or repairs PC hardware to meet workers' specialized needs.

·         Through consultation with the end user, you determine and design the best route for data flow.

·         Decide where individual units will reside and see to it that safety standards and software licensing procedures are adhered to.

·         Handle special requests and distribute to Level One and Level Two technicians.

·         Monitor trouble tickets and coordinate the need with the appropriate vendors for equipment repairs, when necessary. 

Qualifications:            

·         An A+ certificate or equivalent work experience and minimum of four years’ experience in a PC-related field, including software and hardware configuration are required
