Job Description:    

·         Daily sales activities following up.

·         Publicizes parts services good reputation.

·         Monitor the loss of sales record & Feedback regularly to parts manager.

·         Monitors implementation of counter sales activities to satisfy our customers and keep a good image. –

·         Monitors parts competitor’s activities and customers suggestion and report to Asst.

·         Parts Manager- Sales

·         Improves parts sales through proper utilization of facilities.

·         Ensures that customer satisfaction index (CSI) meets the target laid by the company.

·         Ensure returns made in accordance with policy.

·         Ensure customers are satisfied with service provided.

Qualifications:            

·         Bachelor’s degree Education major Automotive

·         3-5 years relevant experience in automotive company

·         Excellent interpersonal and communication skills .

·         Excellent presentation skills

·         Ability to multitask

·         work under stress

·         Able to negotiate with all types of customers

·         Customer Focused

Gender:           Male

Experience:    3-5 years relevant experience in automotive company

Salary (L.E.):   Negotiable
