Job Description:
·         The current vacancy offers a great opportunity for a new emerging and fast growing business in the Middle East which is the Development Business.
·         The Corporate Fundraising account manager is responsible for setting & managing a yearly fundraising plan for the assigned sector that will be handled. –
·         Identify, cultivate and solicit major grant prospects within assigned sector. –
·         Develop and implement individual cultivation and solicitation strategies for each major donor prospect in portfolio. –
·         Participate in all aspects of the major grant cycle: research and identify prospects; cultivate through personal communication, mailings and visits; solicit, acknowledge and close donations; and foster continuing relationships. –
·         Work collaboratively with management and staff of marketing, programs, and investment to cultivate and solicit major gift prospects. –
·         Write or assist in the development of proposals, newsletters, brochures, pamphlets and other materials as necessary for use in soliciting major grants prospects. –
·         Serve as a knowledgeable and professional representative of the foundation to important internal and external stakeholders. –
·         Create and oversee cultivation and solicitation mailings to major donors. –
·         Develop and execute strategies to utilize MEK programs staff in relationship-
·         building with donors.

Qualifications:            
·         Bachelors degree, Master’s degree in business administration would be an added plus. –
·         (5-7) years experience working within the fundraising function preferably in a multinational NGO or public institution (Optional), proven strong sales/account management experience could suffice (A Must), ideally selling complex solutions to corporate clients. –
·         Very strong network of decision making contacts within the corporate sector. –
·         Articulate, with proven ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing. –
·         Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
