Description:
·
The Management Information Specialist
performs a variety of communications and information management tasks and
activities with Business partners and all departments across the contact center
·
The Job holder will be reporting on all
operations performance, productivity, target achievement and Score cards for
all operations employees with different levels
·
MI specialist will be administrating
and performing maintenance on variety of applications developed on MS access
·
Produce MI/ reports & presentations
and check for accuracy to ensure that work is completed in accordance with
established procedures and standards
·
The MI specialist will be reporting and
dealing with senior management level directly
·
Identify and escalate potential
showstoppers
·
Build professional relationships with
colleagues in other areas and delight internal and external customers
Qualifications:
·
Proficient in all Microsoft
Office applications especially with advance excel applications for handling
large data sets.
·
Good knowledge of MS Access
should know how to run and modify queries, reports and forms
·
Working knowledge of
pattern analysis and basic understanding of information architecture
·
Highly analytical and able
to analyze data sets
·
Attention to details with
ability to spot errors and inconsistent data in reports produced
·
Proficient in research and
analysis
·
Strong command of both
written and spoken English
·
Can work under time
pressure
·
Preferably have experience
with systems database servers for downloading data
·
Visual Basic and SQL
statements is a plus
·
Flexibility to work in
shifts - 24/7
