Help Desk Support Provides support to
end users on a variety of issues.

Identifies, researches, and resolves
technical problems.

Responds to telephone calls, email and
personnel requests for technical support. Tracks and monitors the problem to
insure a timely resolution.

Has knowledge of commonly-used
concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.

LAN Support Supports, monitors, tests,
and troubleshoots hardware and software problems pertaining to LAN.
·
Recommends and schedules repairs.
·
Provides end users support for all LAN-
based applications.
·
Installs and configures workstations. PC
Maintenance Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems,
hardware and computer peripherals. Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces
hardware and software systems.

Supports and maintains user account
information including rights, security and systems groups.
Qualifications:
·
Education major Computer Science
·
Very good English
·
Excellent command with Microsoft office.
