Job Description:    

·         Comply and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts such as general ledger accounts, documenting business transactions.

·         Responsible for issuing checks on due date.

·         Responsible for monthly analysis of AP, suppliers down payment petty cash, notes payable and prepaid expenses.

·         Prepare checks, account statements, reports and other record and reviews for accuracy.

·         Check all vouchers for payments Performing the daily cash transaction. Assist in the monthly balance sheet analysis.

·         Assist in the fiscal year-end closing activities. Assist with the preparation of monthly financial statements including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow. Develop and maintain financial data base, computer soft ware systems and manual filing system. Prepare and review, revenue, expense, invoices, and other accounting documents. Accounting for inventory.

·         Accounting for revenues and direct costs.

·         Receivables administration.

Qualifications:            

·         Excellent user for MS applications (Word, Excel …)

·         Experience in accounting software.

·         Education major Accounting/ English

·         Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports.

·         Excellent communication skills.

·         Ability to work under pressure.

·         Ability to work flexible hours.
