Job Description:

·         Handle all phishing sites reported and initiate take down of the rogue sites by co-coordinating with the respective ISPs.

·         Educate customers on phishing & Malware threats alongside with the deterrent measures to be adopted.

·         Support GR T&IM team to conduct Log review using Cognos. Provide guidance to HBME Regions & RCC to undertake preventive measures against IB frauds and aim at curtailing losses by undertaking prompt action. *

·         Develop & deliver appropriate security awareness on phishing & Malware threats amongst customers To support GR T&IM team in Cognos Log review.

·         SMS Monitoring Preparation of Incident Reports.

Qualifications:            

·          University degree in English department

·          Education major English

·          Other Skills Excellent communication skills.

·          Good & professional appearance.

·          Being Fast in Arabic & English Typing

·          Being knowledgeable with various documentation techniques
