·         Receive and respond to incoming customer service calls.

·         Respond to a high volume of requests and demands as to assure customer satisfaction while maintaining the highest degree of customer service..

·         Direct customers to the proper solutions for their inquiries.

·         Provide distributors and customers with product technical support and instruction

 Qualifications:
