Description:
·
Receiving customer’s calls via phone
and/or e-mail.
·
Entering the calls to the system if
required after working hours/Weekends/public holidays.
·
Connect the customer with the
concerning support agent.
·
Follow up with both customer and
support agent in order to close the call.
·
Continuously provide management with
timely feedback and daily shift reports that includes but not limited to
analysis of work progress in addition to suggestions for improvement and
further development.
·
Maintains high level of customer
satisfaction that aims to meet and/or exceed customer needs.
·
Maintain and apply all work related
procedures and documentation.
Qualifications:
·
Bachelor degree from a
reputable university.
·
Good command of English language.
·
Previous work experience in
call centers is advantage
·
Greater Cairo resident is
preferable.
·
Very good communication
skills with a friendly customer oriented manner.
·
Very Good Time management,
Presentation, negotiation, analytical & Problem Solving Skills.
·
Ability to work under
pressure and meet deadlines
