Job Description:    
·         -Qualified Accountant or MBA with a Finance major
·         -Experience of corporate planning process.
·         -Strong Analytical skills.
·         -Should have already performed role of management and/or financial accountant.
·         Proactively participate in Egypt decision making process bringing financial / business focus to all activities. Aim to increase the level of financial/commercial awareness within the Management team and to raise the level of objectivity behind business decisions.
·         -To drive the Business Planning cycle across the business. To co-ordinate the preparation of the annual budget and the business strategic plan.
·         -Drive and organise the activities related to the strategy and business cycles ensuring these are in line with company vision and strategy
·         -Develop and implement treasury policy/ accounting and corporate tax strategy in line with the regional and global policies
·         -Minimise impact/financial exposure of the company through proactive management of regulatory issues, proper risk assessment for insurance arrangement, effective tax planning and compliance with relevant roles

Qualifications:            
·         -The Financial Controller will be finance professional with a highly commercial approach. The complexity and subjectivity of the markets requires an individual with proven potential, and strong management.
·         -Understanding of all functions within the company and in particular the interrelationship /interfaces between functions.
·         -Effective leader of new initiatives and teams of professionals.
·         -Excellent communication skills and a motivator of change. Proactive, persuasive and creative as the job holder will be introducing new systems and procedures.
·         -Capable of analysing financial impact of potential strategic business decisions but also able to demonstrate the need for, and ensure implementation of, appropriate controls.
·         -An ability to work with all levels of staff within the company and handle relationships with external parties.
·         -10 -12 years of finance experience
·         Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
·         Masters/ CFA/CPA is a Plus
