أو عن طريق شركات مشغلة لها – تقوم بتوريد أفراد خدمة عملاء – يطلق عليها "فيندور"
غير مستحبة حيث أنك لست على قوة العاملة لفودافون او موبينيل .. أنما تابع للشركة
المشغلة و أيضا المرتب يكون أقل و الامتيازات أقل !!
على سبيل المثال و ليس
الحصر فأن "أيكوو" تطلب خدمة عملاء بصفة مستمرة لفودافون أنجلترا –
القرية الذكية .. الفرق ان "أيكوو"
مرتبها 2200 جنية و لا يوجد بدل وجبة و امتيازات أقل بكثير !!! على الرغم
أنك لو قدمت على فودافون ويب سايت على طول سوف يكلمك أحد المسئوليين فى التش أر من
فودافون نفسها و سوف يكون عقدك مع فودافون مباشرة و ليس مع "أيكوو" ..
أيضا يكون لديك فترة مدتها سنة حتى تتم الترقية الى منصب أعلى و لكن أذا كنت مع
أيكوو سوف تضطر الى أن تمدى عقدك مع فودافون أولاً و بعدها تبدأ سنة أخرى حتى تتم
الترقية الى منصب أعلى. المرتب مع فودافون 2500 جنية و أيضاً 500 جنية تحدد حسب
الاداء.
