IT Analyst - Eli Lilly and Company - Cairo, EG

Responsibilities
IT Analysis Tasks
  • Enables effective information flows across IT business processes and our partners’ business processes.
  • Implements innovative approaches when integrating new technologies supporting business transformation.
  • Anticipates the implications of technical decisions on project timelines.
  • Provides effective guidance to project teams (including contractors and external service providers) on how to design and implement solutions and tools for optimal enterprise use.
  • Uses standardized processes for requirements definition, analysis, design, construct, and test activities.
  • Modifies existing systems or integrates packaged systems with existing infrastructure to meet business requirements.
  • Participates in the development of IT strategy development for interfaces, data, and applications
Digital Marketing tasks

  • Be an effective influencer and team-worker in collaboration with Marketing, Medical, Sales and IT to develop and execute Multi Channel Engagement "MCE" brand strategies that meet customer demands
  • Identify short and long term MCE strategies for the marketing team, work with Brand Managers to
  • Ensure 100% implementation of committed plans/programs across Brands
  • Provide monthly affiliate level MCE scorecard and status update, ensure appropriate completion of the scorecard metrics and sharing with region on timely basis.
Basic Qualifications
  • Female Bachelor’s degree of computer science or equivalent is a must
  • Experience of working within a previous e-Commerce / Digital marketing channel role is a must
  • 3-5 years of experience in information technology
  • experience of Project Management, Systems Architect & Design
  • experience in Service Management, Business Analysis Supplier Management
Additional Skills/Preferences
The ideal candidate should have strong digital capabilities to manage websites, mobile applications, email marketing etc. Key requirements summarized as follows:
  • Strong leadership skills to influence cross functional teams towards strategic solutions.
  • Ability to influence senior management on strategy and decision making
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience of working within a previous e-Commerce channel role and broad understanding how brands work in the digital world including promoting and growing brands in SOM, equity and sales leveraging digital channels
